On 28-30 of January, 2008 the International Forum of Higher Education Rectors of Great Patriotic War hero cities took place in Volgograd-city (Russia) It was devoted to the 65th anniversary of Stalingrad battle.
During the forum Memorandum about strengthen of relationship of higher education establishments of creation of united pedagogical space and the Treaty about cooperation between Dragomanov NPU and Volgograd state pedagogical university was signed.
